Can I Change My Trust Once It Is Created?
Long Answer:

With a Living Revocable Trust, the provisions of the trust can be changed at anytime so long as
all Trustors of the trust are living.

Because the Living Revocable Trust can be revoked or changed, the trustor or trustors retain all
the rights and prerogatives of complete ownership of trust assets.

Trust assets can be taken out of trust and sold or given away.

Trust assets can be used as security for loans.

Trust assets can be rented.

With a Living Revocable Trust, upon the death of the first trustor to die, the terms of the trust
become irrevocable.  However, it is possible to amend certain parts of the trust.
