Things to consider include but are not limited to:
  1)  The birth or death of children or grandchildren,
  2)  The incapacity of family members,
  3)  Special needs of potential beneficiaries,
  4)  Differences in earning power between different potential beneficiaries,
  5)  Drug or alcohol dependence of potential beneficiaries,
  6)  The acquisition or sale of assets,
  7)  Changes in the federal income tax laws,
  8)  Possible changes in the real estate market.
