The Probate Process

Under California Probate Law, any propery in the estate of a decedent worth more that
$100,000.00, must be probated prior to distribution to heirs or beneficiaries.

Not only is the probate process time consuming and expensive, it is an uncertain process and
often causes family disintegration.

However, for persons who have chosen to dispose of their property by the use of a will, or
worse, without any writing at all, a probate is a necessity.
